Process Steps
| Step1 |
Exporter submits requisite documentation to SCC&I
1.1 Trader or their agent/broker visits Somalia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCC&I) offices and submits requisite documentation

| Step2 |
Documentary Check and invoice issuance
2.1 SCC&I official performs a document verification after which an invoice is issued to the trader
|
| Step3 |
Payment for certificate of origin by trader
3.1 Trader makes a payment of $50 to the SCC&I account through EVC-Plus.
|
| Step4 |
Payment verification by SCC&I
4.1 SCC&I official verifies the proof of payment via an SMS from EVC-plus
4.1.1 If the payment are verified and complete then SCC&I official is issues the trader with a payment receipt and processes the certificate of origin
4.2.2 If the payments are not verified or they are incomplete, trader is instructed to make requisite payments
